Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, handling check-ins and check-outs with efficiency.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones and responding to email inquiries promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment at all times.
- Assist guests with local directions, restaurant recommendations, and special requests to enhance their stay.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily financial reports accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Support night audit duties during overnight shifts as required.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality or hotel experience required; we provide full training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
