Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage daily front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling inquiries efficiently.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues immediately with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using hotel property management systems (PMS).
- Maintain a high standard of appearance and cleanliness in the lobby and public areas.
- Assist in upselling hotel amenities and services to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in front desk operations, guest services, or hospitality is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and hotel property management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
