Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and with a solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, including front desk and waiting lounge.
- Process payments accurately and manage hotel reservations.
- Assist with concierge services and provide local recommendations to guests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or customer service is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and property management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
