Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room assignments for maximum occupancy
- Resolve guest inquiries with empathy and efficiency, including VIP requests
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct property tours and upsell premium services/suites
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest and proprietary information
Qualifications
- 2+ years luxury hotel or high-end hospitality experience
- Expertise in Opera, OPERA Cloud, or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments during peak seasons
- Valid Minnesota Alcohol Server Permit (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
