Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Change linens, replenish amenities, and maintain inventory
- Address guest requests promptly and professionally
- Report maintenance issues and room deficiencies
- Follow hotel safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with housekeeping team for seamless operations
- Perform deep cleaning projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping/hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
