Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience required
- Proficient in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Basic computer literacy and multitasking ability
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
