Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, suites, and common areas to luxury standards
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Manage inventory of linens and amenities for assigned areas
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Adhere to strict sanitation and infection control protocols
- Collaborate with housekeeping team for room turnover optimization
- Provide turndown service and special guest requests as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic English communication abilities
- Certification in sanitation protocols (OSHA preferred)
