Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring all departmentsâfrom Front Desk to Housekeepingâfunction seamlessly to deliver world-class service.
- Financial Management: Manage the P&L, develop and execute annual budgets, and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and RevPAR.
- Guest Relations: Maintain a high profile in guest interactions, resolving complex issues and ensuring guest satisfaction scores consistently exceed industry standards.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse staff, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and professional growth.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations, including health codes, safety protocols, and labor laws.
- Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the hotel's brand presence and drive direct bookings through targeted campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in senior hotel management, preferably in a luxury or 4+ star property.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing change effectively.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in a second language is a plus.
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
