Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences for international and domestic guests
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing with precision using Opera PMS
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams for seamless operations
- Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requests
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hotel front desk or high-volume customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Amadeus)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Basic knowledge of San Jose attractions and transportation
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
