Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Process nightly financial settlements, balancing the night audit report, and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, and handling complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Monitor hotel premises for security and safety, ensuring all locks and alarm systems are functional.
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance duties in the lobby and public areas.
- Manage the front desk operations during low traffic hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or night audit is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong computer proficiency, with experience in PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros) a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
