Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional check-in/check-out experiences for hotel guests
- Manage reservations and room assignments with precision

- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records

- Utilize hotel management systems (e.g., Opera) efficiently

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of Nashville attractions and services
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
