Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with attention to detail
- Handle reservation inquiries and modify bookings using our hotel management system
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments accurately and manage cash drawer reconciliation
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Act as a local resource for guests regarding Tampa attractions and services
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Prior customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
