Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements proactively
- Maintain accurate guest records and property management systems
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with strict adherence to procedures

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Seattle attractions and local services
