Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently process guest check-ins and check-outs, verifying reservations and collecting payments accurately.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, providing information about local attractions, services, and hotel amenities.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Operations Support: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and public spaces.
- Reservations: Assist in managing room availability and updating reservation systems in real-time.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to the highest standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
