Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Direct and coordinate all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Engineering, to ensure seamless operations.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Guest Experience: Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement strategies to exceed service expectations and resolve complaints effectively.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a diverse team of staff members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Marketing & Sales: Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates, drive revenue, and build relationships with corporate clients and local partners.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as corporate brand standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with a proven track record in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of PMS systems (e.g., Oracle Opera, Micros) and revenue management tools.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and inspire a large team.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of building rapport with guests and stakeholders.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights as required.
