Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service at check-in, check-out, and during all interactions
- Manage reservations and ensure seamless room assignments for weekend guests
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain property standards
- Process payments and accurately manage financial transactions
- Assist with event setup and guest requests for weekend functions
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and reservation system knowledge
- Valid North Carolina food handler/servers permit (if applicable)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
