Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and occupancy reports
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Execute upselling strategies for premium room packages
- Maintain security protocols and guest confidentiality
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS hotel management systems
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Texas Food Handler certification preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
