Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and hospitality service.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews to maintain a productive team.
- Monitor and control operating expenses, including inventory and utility costs.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and increasing revenue.
