Responsibilities
- Clean Guest Rooms: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Bedding & Linens: Strip beds, change linens, and make beds according to our strict hotel standards.
- Restock Amenities: Replenish toiletries, mini-bar items, and cleaning supplies in guest rooms.
- Deep Cleaning: Perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing of furniture and fixtures.
- Reporting: Immediately report any maintenance issues, lost and found items, or safety hazards to the management team.
- Organization: Maintain a tidy housekeeping cart and organize storage closets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting dust, stains, and ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
