Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries using PMS systems
- Address guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for seamless operations
- Perform daily audits of guest accounts and ensure data accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized lobby area and uphold brand standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome to apply
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to learn PMS software quickly
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions

- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
