Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room occupancy rates
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure flawless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service and local expertise
- Collaborate with concierge team to enhance guest experiences
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera or PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Valid California Food Handler Card preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
