Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems
- Maintain immaculate guest rooms and public areas to brand standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours and special events
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and sanitation guidelines
- Support inventory management and operational reporting as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid California Food Handler Card (for F&B roles)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- High school diploma or equivalent required
