Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations, billing, and guest inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Resolve guest issues with empathy and quick problem-solving
- Operate PMS software (Opera preferred)
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in reservation systems
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends
- Texas Food Handler certification (or willing to obtain)
