Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests in a professional and welcoming manner using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accuracy and speed.
- Assist with luggage handling, valet coordination, and providing local recommendations to visitors.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area to ensure a high standard of visual appeal.
- Process payments and prepare nightly reports accurately.
- Resolve guest issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license (for valet or shuttle duties, if applicable).
