Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and efficiently.
- Manage the front desk operations, including managing the switchboard and handling mail/deliveries.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front lobby and common areas.
- Assist in processing payments and maintaining accurate guest records in the property management system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with PMS systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Must have a friendly demeanor and a professional appearance.
