Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services with efficiency and professionalism
- Manage room assignments and coordinate with housekeeping for optimal turnover
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly using our property management system
- Perform nightly audits and financial reconciliations for assigned shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, reception areas, and public spaces
- Collaborate with security team for guest safety protocols during overnight shifts
- Process payments and manage cash drawer operations with precision
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
- Proficient with hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Valid California driver's license if operating hotel shuttle
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic math skills for cash handling and financial transactions
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual a plus)
- Pass background check and drug screening
