Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Address guest concerns promptly and resolve issues to satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information
- Process payments and manage night audit procedures
- Assist with emergency protocols and ensure safety compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced overnight environments
- Valid Maryland driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic first aid certification preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
