Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Manage room reservations, modifications, and billing inquiries accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using problem-solving protocols
- Maintain accurate shift reports and guest information systems
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts (days/evenings/weekends)
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Valid Nevada work permit (if applicable)
