Responsibilities
- Perform check-ins and check-outs for late-arriving guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Monitor the hotel premises via security systems and conduct regular floor rounds to ensure guest safety and property integrity.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing payments.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist in housekeeping coordination to ensure public areas and guest rooms are maintained to our high standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Process wake-up calls and manage key card access protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent communication skills and a polished professional appearance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
