Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations via phone/email
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with a solution-oriented mindset
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping, valet, and F&B departments
- Utilize Opera property management system for daily operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk experience required
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Virginia hospitality license (or ability to obtain)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
