- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure all amenities are fully functional.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full on-the-job training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
