Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Handle payment transactions and cash drawer reconciliation
- Operate PMS systems (Opera/Sabre) and communication tools
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Upsell hotel amenities and local experiences
- Maintain accurate guest records and security protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or hospitality experience
- Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Basic knowledge of Fresno attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Professional appearance and multi-lingual skills a plus
