Responsibilities
- Seamlessly manage guest check-in/check-out procedures using Opera PMS system
- Handle reservation modifications and inquiries with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Process payments accurately and maintain financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments for guest requests
- Act as hotel ambassador by providing local recommendations and dining options
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain meticulous documentation of guest interactions and special requests
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience required
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera PMS preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Ohio hospitality or food handler certification preferred
