Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and reservations with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Issue Resolution: Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Security & Access: Monitor the lobby area, verify guest identification, and control access to the property as per security protocols.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments accurately, maintain guest records in the property management system, and manage the front desk logbook.
- Coordination: Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and any issues are resolved quickly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, Smith Travel) is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
