Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Efficiently check guests in and out using the property management system (PMS) with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Operations Management: Perform night audits, including balancing accounts, processing payments, and preparing daily reports.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Security & Safety: Monitor building access, ensure fire safety protocols are followed, and address any guest concerns or emergencies during the night shift.
- Lobby Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby area, and reception space.
- Concierge Support: Assist guests with directions, restaurant reservations, and local transportation options.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of the rotating shift schedule.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and pay close attention to detail during night audits.
- Professionalism: A neat appearance and professional attitude are required at all times.
