Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and process check-ins/check-outs using Opera property management system
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and VIP guest requests with precision
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments, maintain accurate cash handling procedures, and generate reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure seamless operations
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and hotel amenities
- Maintain a pristine front desk environment and organize guest records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional communication skills and multilingual abilities a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution expertise
- Ability to multitask effectively during peak hours and high-pressure situations
- Valid Indiana hospitality certification or willingness to obtain
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
