Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process with a smile.
- Manage room reservations and accurately update guest profiles in the property management system.
- Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and reconcile daily financial transactions and credit card authorizations.
- Maintain a pristine lobby area and public spaces, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs efficiently.
- Assist with administrative duties, such as filing and preparing reports, to support hotel operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Proficiency in English; bilingual candidates are a significant plus.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
