Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, including check-in/check-out procedures and resolving inquiries
- Manage reservation systems, process payments, and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness
- Handle cash transactions and maintain secure financial documentation
- Assist guests with local recommendations and activity bookings
- Operate hotel management software and communication systems
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols during all shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in front desk or hospitality roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and billing
- Problem-solving abilities with a guest-centric approach
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Colorado driver's license preferred
