Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage room reservations, billing inquiries, and guest requests with precision
- Operate PMS systems (e.g., Opera) to maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service and problem resolution
- Collaborate with concierge and F&B teams for integrated guest experiences
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality front desk experience preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Opera Cloud)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Valid Virginia hospitality certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation options
