- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as local tourism ambassador for San Jose attractions
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk experience preferred
- Proficiency with Opera or PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid California driver's license (for vaifl duty)
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
