Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with precision and warmth
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with creative solutions
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams
- Utilize Opera property management system efficiently
- Upsell hotel amenities and special events
- Maintain a pristine front desk environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel front desk experience
- Expertise in Opera/PMS systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Michigan Food Handler's Certificate
- Strong knowledge of Detroit attractions and events
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
