Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and confirmations with precision
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for guest requests
- Upsell hotel amenities, packages, and local experiences to enhance guest stays
- Maintain a professional appearance and knowledge of hotel services and local attractions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience required
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability for day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and billing
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude with a passion for exceeding guest expectations
