Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile, checking them in and out efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Reservation Management: Handle incoming phone calls and online inquiries regarding room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
- Guest Services: Address guest questions and concerns promptly, resolving any issues to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage check-in processes, verify identity and payment information, and issue room keys or access cards securely.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate room status updates to the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
- Cash Handling: Process payments accurately and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Security & Safety: Monitor the lobby area, ensuring the safety and security of guests and property at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and some weekday shifts as needed.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional telephone manner.
- Technology: Proficiency with hotel management software (PMS) and computer systems.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards that align with our brand image.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
