Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with speed and accuracy
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns proactively
- Process reservations, payments, and room assignments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Operate hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Upsell hotel services and amenities
- Maintain security protocols for guest safety
- Prepare daily reports and occupancy forecasts
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management software
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of Nashville attractions and services
- Valid driver's license (for airport runs)
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
