Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, checking them in efficiently using our property management system.
- Handle check-outs, process payments, and answer questions regarding hotel amenities and local Orlando attractions.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate department promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Address guest complaints or special requests with a focus on resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure room readiness.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols, including monitoring the lobby area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and hotel software.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
