Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and reservation management
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and efficiency
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams to ensure operational excellence
- Utilize property management systems (Opera/PMS) to manage bookings and guest data
- Execute shift handovers and maintain detailed communication logs
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and professional appearance at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years experience in hotel front desk or customer service role
- Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills and multilingual abilities (Spanish highly valued)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution techniques
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
