Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, checking them in efficiently and accurately.
- Handle incoming calls, manage email inquiries, and respond to guest requests promptly.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict adherence to company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby space.
- Assist with luggage handling, concierge services, and general guest assistance.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Perform daily shift reports and maintain accurate logs of check-ins and check-outs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college is a plus.
- Previous front desk or customer service experience is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property management systems quickly.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
