Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the front desk operations during evening and night hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and wake-up calls.
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises and guest rooms by conducting regular rounds and monitoring surveillance systems.
- Assist guests with inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently to guarantee 5-star satisfaction.
- Process payments, manage folios, and reconcile financial transactions accurately.
- Perform light housekeeping duties in the lobby and public areas to maintain a pristine atmosphere.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during peak night shifts.
- Collaborate with day-shift staff to ensure a seamless handover of information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in front desk operations, concierge, or night audit preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management systems.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
