- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs with personalized service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly using problem-solving skills
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas following brand standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Assist with event setup and VIP guest services during peak weekends
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Process payments and manage cash handling accurately
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems
- Valid Tennessee hospitality alcohol certification (if applicable)
