Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes and room assignments
- Handle reservation inquiries and modify bookings using PMS systems
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
- Monitor security procedures and emergency protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability for day/evening/overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of Baltimore attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
